You will have the opportunity to get to know your residents and clients well, with an average resident census of 28 - 32. Our historic facility over looks the beautiful Columbia river. YOU ARE/POSSESS:

  • Someone who has a vested interest in providing exceptional patient-centered care
  • Valid Oregon nursing license in good standing
  • Experience in long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

JOB DUTIES:

  • Oversee and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and CNAs
  • Identify resident problem areas and strengths so that we can address any issues and find ways to improve
  • Provide medication and treatments to residents
  • Perform resident assessments
  • Schedule: 3 days on, 3 days off rotation
