Job Posting for Director of Facility Planning and Construction at Clay County District Schools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management; or an Associates’ Degree and a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Project Manager in architecture, engineering, planning, or construction management
- Minimum of five years experience in personnel supervision.
- Knowledge of all aspects relating to school facility construction (SREF).
- Be able to work in harmony with school based administrators, district staff, subordinates, and the public.
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License and maintain a safe driving record during employment.
