What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic MOA/LPN position at Clay County Hospital?
Including but limited to: Works Directly with provider in the clinic setting, obtains vital signs, makes incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, documents in the electronic health record. Will obtain on the job training to be able to assist the providers with tasks including but not limited to: Procedures, injections, phlebotomy, scribing, etc.
Physical: Sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, walking, typing
Education: High School Diploma or GED;LPN, CNA, or MOA
Skills: Excellent Communication skills, motivated and dependable, Team oriented, Exceptional Customer Service, Performs tasks as ordered by provider within scope of practice
