Job Posting for Rehabilitative Services Assistant (RSA) at Clayton Residential Home
Clayton Residential Home is a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood - seeking full-time Resident Service Assistants. We provide Recovery-oriented, person-centered mental health services to adults. Our facility services up to 220 individuals with a staff consisting of social workers, mental health professionals, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation services assistants. We offer individual and group programming, a variety of activities and therapeutic services and 24-hour supervision. Our residents are working on gaining and maintaining mental health stability and developing independence.
Tasks include providing prompts and reminders for medications, ADLs, and day structure as well as taking vitals. Experience in health care and mental health is a plus as well as dependability, effective communication skills, and willingness to work as a team the open positions are 2nd shift 3-11:30PM and 3rd shift 11PM- 7:30AM. A high School Diploma (original) or equivalent is a requirement to bring to the 1st interview.
