Job Overview

A HUB Analyst is a service desk analyst who helps faculty, staff, and students resolve issues with computer hardware or software. They respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues for users. They also collaborate closely with other IT department personnel to help with tasks that are beyond their permissions or abilities.

Responsibilities

Hub Analysts are expected to balance creative and technical problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration to ensure that personnel and students throughout Clayton State can access and utilize the software and resources they need for work or classes.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a currently enrolled Clayton State University Student
  • Must be teachable
  • Must have basic knowledge of technical skills
