Clean Eatz is a new, rapidly growing, fast casual cafe and meal prep service. We provide macro-balanced, nutritious meals that are exciting, affordable and don’t skimp on taste.

Since 2015, the Clean Eatz brand has continued to win over communities throughout the Unites States with our dine-in menu, grab ‘n’ go meals, catering, marketplace desserts and weekly meal plan service.

Clean Eatz - Rochester Hills is one of the first Clean Eatz franchises in Michigan! And the leader in this health food restaurant concept. We are locally owned and operated.

We're looking for a happy and positive service representative who will create a welcoming experience for our guests, educating on our healthy cafe menu, Grab ’N’ Go meals, and weekly meal plan offering.
You will be the first point of brand contact in our cafe and serve in an essential role to engage and provide genuine and friendly assistance, create a memorable experience and leave a positive, lasting impression to every guest during every visit.

What we're looking for:

• You have an outgoing personality, you're friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative
• You enjoy interacting with diverse people and you have a knack at providing an amazing guest experience
• You can perform multiple tasks simultaneously while having a strong eye to detail and quality
• You are diligent, organized and self-motivated
• You're able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• You're comfortable with new technology and have the ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• You're a pro at basic arithmetic; can perform calculations when needed and provide monetary change using U.S. currency
• You enjoy being on-the-go, work in a fast-paced environment and can stand for extended periods of time

What you'll do:

• Promptly greet walk-in and phone guests with welcoming and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs, and creates a superior guest experience.
• Maintain a strong product knowledge to educate guests on Clean Eatz’s Cafe Menu, Weekly Meal Plans, Grab ’N’ Go Meals, and marketplace offerings.
• Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join the Clean Eatz Weekly Meal Plan Newsletter to benefit from special promotions and remain connected.
• Make smoothies to order
• Uphold a clean and organized front counter presentation, dining room and guest restrooms which includes routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
• Replenish drinks, desserts, marketplace items, Grab ’N’ Go meals and supplements to ensure a strong visual presentation.
• Step in and support the back of the house meal prep assembly, Grab 'N' Go meal & pizza assembly, marketplace food preparation, catering when assigned.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to you.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Clean Eatz policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate the behaviors expected of all Clean Eatz Team Members, including high levels of maturity and professionalism, commitment to a respectful workplace and integrity.
• Proficient ability to comprehend and to follow company policy and procedures
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach with arms / hands and lift merchandise weighing up to 10 lbs. from ground level to minimum height of 4 feet
• Ability to move throughout the cafe unassisted to provide guest service or perform tasks in any part of the cafe for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or move objects and displays (up to 50 lbs.), bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands, and climb on ladders
• Ability to comprehend and comply with all Clean Eatz policies and procedures including, but not limited to, those related to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, respectful workplace, guest service expectations and ethical responsibilities

Compensation

We are seeking full-time candidates. Candidates will receive an hourly rate of up to $14.00 per hour.
