Clean Harbors in Linden, NJ is seeking a Forklift operator with an understanding of shipping and receiving processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for truck-to-truck loading and unloading, inventory control, data entry, and abiding by all DOT regulations.
Shift - 3-11pm
These technicians split their time between working on the forklift, scanning, and putting bar codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures that Health and Safety are the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
- Loads and unloads hazardous waste materials.
- Coordinates loads between hubs, plants, and outbound destinations.
- Ensures transportation efficiency and maintains compliance with our storage permits.
- Dispatches transportation from hubs.
- Assists in tracking manifest return timelines.
- Maintains Hub Database.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- 1 years of previous hazardous waste experience preferred.
- Previously forklift experience is required.
- 1 years of previous loading and unloading preferred.
- Moderate computer skills are a must.
