Job Description
The Facility Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of production crew(s) at the Company's Aragonite, UT facility performing non-hazardous and hazardous waste shredding operations. This is a physically demanding job requiring industrial labor under potentially adverse/challenging conditions (i.e. extreme cold). We offer a shuttle service to assist employees commuting from the surrounding area (Tooele/Grantsville/West Valley) to our facility's location off of Exit 49 on I-80. We are searching for a reliable and safety-oriented Supervisor to join our team!

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Perform shredding operations, shredding nonflammable paint into roll off bins
- Supervise and develop multiple Facility Technicians
- Ensure proper routing and management according to specified efficiencies
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to continue to develop and enhance the facility's throughput and operations
- Ensure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures and Environmental Compliance Permits
- Develop daily production goals and ensure execution
- Ensure SOP's are followed
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Facility Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar Supervisory role is preferred
- Waste handling and transportation experience is preferred
- Forklift, roll off, and track hoe experience is a plus
- Computer knowledge and usage is required
- Excellent leadership skills a must
