What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Technician I position at Clean Harbors?
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Facility Technician is responsible for performing hands-on operations, such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations and offloading van trailers while ensuring all required paperwork is completed for waste tracking. This position offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week as well as the opportunity for internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Perform hands-on operations such as pumping and dumping of 55-Gallon drums, tanks farm operations and loading/offloading van trailers
- Perform drum storage, drum repacks and drum tracking
- Operate a forklift when needed
- Complete paperwork for waste tracking/management
- Other duties as assigned
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months related work experience
- Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
- Forklift and DOT training preferred
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends
