The Opportunity:
Clean Harbors Port Arthur, TX is looking for an Industrial Services Administrator to join their safety conscious team! This position involves Data Entry of daily field worksheet for payroll, help maintain PO's, maintain loging information for the field employees, Data Entry in multiple refinery programs for billing and backup for billing manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Knowledge in refinery Track access a plus
- Assist Management with new hiring and onboarding activities
- Assist operations with maintaining the training obligations of the organization.
- Assist in managing large scale field service and emergency response projects when directed.by manager.
- Assist field administrative staff with data entry and associated business functions as requested
- Work with operations to identify, order & secure supplies to meet current and future workloads.
- Assist operations to maintain safety & compliance for operating unit for the proper completion of worksheets, vehicle inspections and equipment inspections for all BLT rolling stock.
- Work with operations to ensures we are working within all H&S standards & regulations to maintain compliance.
- Work directly with customers to obtain contractional information for the execution of projects.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred;
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years' accounts payable and purchasing experience preferred;
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Experience with Peoplesoft considered an asset;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Effective time management skills with an ability to work efficiently under pressure and with changing priorities
