HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Longview, TX,is looking for an Industrial Service Admin to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. The Admin serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The Admin is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC-Industrial jobs across all service lines in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies, practices and procedures. Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.
POSITION: Full-Time w/ Benefits
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indoor Setting
WORK LOCATION: Longview, TX (On-site)
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
TRAVEL: 0%
REQUIRED: Candidate must be able to pass DISA Pre-Employment Panel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Must show ability to take full responsibility for all facets of assignments;
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess AP/AR experience
- Must possess Data Entry experience
- Project Inventory Management preferred but not required
- TRAX experience preferred but not required
- KRONOS experience preferred but not required
- Travel Planning experience preferred but not required
- Enthusiastic personality;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word).
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
- High School diploma or equivalent (required);
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
