Clean Harbors is seeking a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations in Norwell, MA. This position will be responsible for Sales administration and Support for the company including creating, maintaining, and enforcing best-practice policies, processes, tools, reports, metrics, and training for the sales organization, to ensure the achievement of sales targets and the continuous improvement in sales performance and sales productivity.

- Functional responsibility for sales-related activities associated with creating, maintaining, and enforcing policies, practices, and tools for sales and sales administrative support.
- Implements best practices and for sales productivity improvements in all aspects of sales organization strategy.
- Ensures customer record data integrity and organizes sales training, enforcement, and use for all appropriate sales related activities (pipelines, call notes, customer set-up, reporting, budgets, account planning, etc.)
- Supports CRM product owner in championing improvements to CRM. Establishes, monitoring and reporting sales metrics, goals, key performance indicators (KPIs); Reports sales program and personnel performance by business vertical, region and line of business (LOB) to monitor progress in attaining goals
- Creation, oversight, and administration of sales personnel performance management process with formal personnel recommendations to Sales management.
- Participate in Sales training initiatives, including training requirements, tracking, program development, implementation, selection or generation of materials, and other administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Work with the corporate marketing and sales organization in developing sales support material, technical presentations, etc
- Responsible to develop, implement, and oversee the protocol associated with periodic sales personnel territory reviews and formal periodic performance evaluation processes (forms, format and content). Recommend and support sales-related initiatives and special programs.
- Responsible for the direct supervisory responsibility for of sales administration personnel.
- Bachelor's degree required in Project Management or related field.
- Prior management or supervisory experience is required.
- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
