The Technical Project Manager manages the TPM team by ensuring all TPM opportunities are routed and assigned a correct LOB. Ensure all quote requests are routed to the correct team and monitor for quick turnaround. Ensure all FS and TS TPM quotes are centrally quoted by the TPM team and TS Central Quoting when possible and managed with the Branches, when not. Ensure all quotes are done in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Manage TPM team by ensuring all TPM opportunities are routed and assigned a correct LOB. Ensure all quote requests are routed to the correct team and monitor for quick turnaround. Ensure all FS and TS TPM quotes are centrally quoted by the TPM team and TS Central Quoting when possible and managed with the Branches, when not. Ensure all quotes are done in a timely manner.
- Oversee the TPM Team to prepare and schedule all TPM jobs with the local teams.
- Monitors TPM Projects and acts as a liaison between SK and CH.
- Develops TPM opportunities by working closely with the CH offices to ensure goals are met
Requirements:
- High School diploma plus specialized training
- AA/AS in Marketing, Sales, Engineering or related fields
- 2 years of experience in Field Services Quoting and/or management
- 3 Clean Harbors Field and Industrial Services
- Driver's license is required
- Computer Skills, including Win Web Quoting and SalesForce
- Time management and good customer focus
- Presentation skills and ability to building effective teams and drive for results
- Mentoring and working operation personnel

- Requires lifting, pulling, pushing, or carrying up to 10 lbs.
