$20-22 Per Hour Experienced House Cleaners Wanted in North County San Diego! The areas we serve will include: San Marcos, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Ranchos Sante Fe, Solana Beach, Oceanside, Vista and Escondido area!

We are a fast-growing cleaning company looking for a reliable and committed Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and organized environment in residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Follow given checklists for residential homes and commercial buildings
• Maintaining the working condition of cleaning equipment
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality service
• Tell us your availability and what areas you want to work in

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a maid or cleaner preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Have a smart phone
• Be able to communicate with Managers/owners through text throughout the day
• Have flexibility in your schedule, some jobs will be come up within 12-24 hours
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Speak English (conversational okay)
• Must provide your own transportation to local cleaning targeted areas
• Ability to pass a background check
