Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages the Oil Refinery production staff to include hiring, training and developing staff to meet the needs of the business.
  • Leads and manages safety programs to ensure safe working conditions for all associates and compliance with all local, state and federal requirements.
  • Supervises production operations to ensure maximum equipment and personnel utilization.
  • Supervises the product quality to ensure customer requirements and specifications are attained.
  • Daily operation, upkeep, and maintenance of used motor oil processing facility.
  • Log hourly: flows, levels, temperatures, and pressures of flow of used oil through each process stage. Monitor built in safety devices such as high temperature limits, high- and low-pressure devices, overflow devices, level control devices, fire suppression devices.
  • Tank farm management (blending, transferring, tank monitoring)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Experience Requirements

3 - 5-year experience leading teams in a production-service environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,759.00 - $115,952.00 per year
