Clean Power Wash LLC is a family owned and operated business. We are looking for a full-time Service Manager/Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You should be able to multitask and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.

The Service Manager/Production Manager's primary responsibility is ensuring that the people that they lead are delivering on our commitment to do a GREAT JOB in a SAFE & EFFICIENT MANNER, while being GOOD STEWARDS of COMPANY RESOURCES & EQUIPMENT.

The Service Manager/Production Manager is responsible for the specific tasks below and/or monitoring the activities of the Foreman or Crew Leaders that are performing these tasks

• Hiring, training, discipling, and terminating team members below them.
• Bi-weekly sit downs with all members of the production/service department
• Vehicle and equipment maintenance and inspections
• Maintaining an organized shop
• Weekly site inspections for each crew
• Ongoing training, periodic refreshers
• Leading morning meetings
• Rig building
• Mandatory field work at least 2 times a week (in all weather conditions)
• Participating in a weekly level 10 leadership meeting
• Running the weekly service department leadership meeting
• Maintaining communication between sales & office leaders
• Expected to arrive by 7:15am daily or 15 minutes prior to the daily arrival time for
• Maintaining and ordering replacement parts, chemicals, machines etc as needed.
• Monitoring overtime levels.
• Work with the office/scheduling department regarding crew assignments and daily production capacities.
• Primary person for overseeing any callbacks or service related issues
• Expected to work 40-45 hours weekly.
• Responsible for developing and advancing the people below them.

Pay range: $50,000-$70,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
