Window Cleaner

Clean Services Northwest is a reputable property maintenance company dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness of commercial and residential properties. We are currently seeking ground crew window cleaners to join our team and provide top-notch service to our customers.

Hiring for dayporter (fixed location and schedule) and general ground crew members that will float around to a variety of jobs.

As a Dayporter Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our client's campus in Beaverton. Your primary duties will include:

• Cleaning windows to ensure a spotless and streak-free appearance.
• Pressure washing walkways, walls, and other surfaces.
• Graffiti removal to maintain a clean and appealing environment.
• Safely using ladders and operating lifts to access higher areas.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks as requested by the client or supervisor.

With no experience: starting pay for a trainee is $19.00 per hour with a probationary period within 60-90 days. After this you are eligible for a raise up to $ 2.50 depending upon how you fit in with the team and ability at that time. If you have experience then starting pay will be dependent upon experience.

For general ground crew the duties and requirements are the same but the pay starts at 18.50 per hour for a 60-90 day probation and raise up to 2.50 after probation. General ground crew gets to service a variety of jobs and locations around the Portland Metro Area.

Requirements: - Must have valid driver's license and good record -Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions. -Ability to carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs. -Must have reliable transportation. -Must have a cell phone for communication and also internet useage. (We have 3 company apps) - Must be able to work with heights (using and moving extension ladders.)
