```Duties``` - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential residential sales opportunities - Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective customers - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and manage sales activities - Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers - Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or outside sales - Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage sales activities - Ability to effectively communicate and present product information to clients - Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Compensation package:
