```Duties:```
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand customer base
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and regular communication
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
