Director of Operations
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of a growing janitorial business including operations, customer relations, and vendor relations, with full P and L accountability. This position promotes collaboration among the managers and supervisors under his leadership to provide and improve innovative customer solutions and superior customer service. This position provides vision and leadership toward obtaining overall company goals though the measurement of key performance indicators.

Sets goals, develops processes and directs ongoing operations. Collaborates with the Executive team to develop, recommend and implement strategies to optimize revenue and capture additional markets. Coaches, mentors’ managers and supervisors to promote professional growth.
Job description:
Develop operational goals which are aggressive yet attainable and tied closely to the long-term goals of the company.
Drive the operational management team in the field
Actively manage customer satisfaction through analysis of customer feedback, scrutiny of performance metrics, and improvement of customer service systems and processes
Oversees hiring, training and evaluating employees
Support the works with the sales organization to insure the continued profitability of the organization.
Exceptional team leadership skills to effectively coach motivate and empower team members
The ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with both internal and external customers
Nurture the collaborative environment by promoting transparency and communicating positively and effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience 5 to 10 years of janitorial industry.
Successful experience leading a team of management and supervisory level direct reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills
Sales experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
