Portland Cleaning Crew is seeking an experienced Residential Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee our company's day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our business. We are seeking a dynamic leader to help manage, develop, and support our growth while maintaining our excellent standards!
70% Cleaning Time - You will be spending most of your time cleaning; 30% Trainer/Supervisor

As Operations Manager, you will provide leadership to all areas within the company including operations, customer service, safety, training and administrative functions. Upholding our values, you will be supportive to all customers and employees. In addition, you are responsible for controlling costs and maintaining high quality standards that exceed the customer and company standards.
You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have at least three years of supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
