Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
- Initial and ongoing training of staff
- Managing multiple buildings
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
- Cleaning facilities when needed
Hourly Rate: $20 Per Hour Plus Mileage (amount to be determined).
THIS IS A DRIVING POSITION! A GOOD DRIVING RECORD & A VEHICLE IS REQUIRED.
Shift: Monday thru Friday Starting sometime between 2:00pm to 5:00pm and ending sometime between 11:00pm to 1:00am, Flexibility is a must (hours could vary as required by business demands), some weekends as needed

Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Drug screen required
- Previous supervisor experience
- COVID-19 vaccine
