AviClear® Laser Specialist -- Full Training Provided

CLEAR Acne Treatment Centers is a specialist provider of the AviClear® laser acne treatment, and the #1 provider of AviClear® in all of Texas! We are seeking a talented, outgoing, and experienced provider to join our team as an AviClear® Laser Specialist at CLEAR Acne Treatment Centers -- the #1 AviClear® provider in the state of Texas. You will be responsible for performing AviClear® laser acne treatments on clients, as well as opening/closing the center, maintaining the facility, and managing daily communications with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to determine suitability for AviClear® acne treatments
• Explain AviClear® procedure details, pre and post-care instructions to clients
• Operate the AviClear® laser to perform safe and effective treatments
• Monitor client comfort and safety throughout AviClear® procedures
• Document all treatment details thoroughly in client records
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Follow all safety protocols related to laser usage and protective equipment
• Open and close the treatment center per protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Manage emails, phone calls, and text communications
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a clinical or aesthetics setting
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to client care
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver equipment

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience with laser treatments, medical aesthetics, or skincare services
• Background in sales or client service roles
• Knowledge of dermatology, skin conditions, and laser safety
• Relevant provider education and licensing (Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistants, Esthetician, Laser Hair Removal Technician, etc)

Training:

• Complete and comprehensive training on the AviClear® laser system will be provided. This is a fantastic "ground floor opportunity" to learn a new skill with a great company in a growing field!

Compensation:

• Full-time, salaried position with compensation of ~$75,000 per year
• Uncapped commission

Other:

• Our team is spread out across Texas. You will be in regular communication with the company founders and laser specialists in other cities, but most of the time you will be working solo in our Dallas center.
• 4-day work weeks are standard :-)
