Our client is in the market for a field service supervisor to cover MA and surrounding states. This fast-expanding specialist business is looking for an experienced service supervisor who can help grow the company's service and applications to customers. We are looking for a candidate from a commercial or industrial HVAC or refrigeration world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance, and commissioning of industrial chillers and HVAC machinery
  • Provide a high-quality service to customers
  • Lead a team of field service engineers to achieve ultimate service excellence
  • Helping and providing top-quality service to customers
  • Covering the northeastern region (this role can be done remotely)
  • Liaise with sales, project, and administration teams daily



Background Requirements

  • 5 experience with HVAC or refrigeration
  • 5 years of management/supervision experience
  • Strong customer face to face skills
  • Be able to deal with customer issues and queries
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Happy to travel
