Clear Recovery of Cache Valley is an out patient substance abuse facility in Providence, Utah.
We are currently looking for a full time Case Manager . A Case Manager in our office fulfills the following roles with clients:
*client advocacy
* assessing and giving resources to fulfill basic needs (food, housing, safety)
* aiding in job searches
* communicating wit community partners
* helping clients be accountable with attendance and clean drug screens
* leading psych-education groups
Case Managers are vital to our client's success and an integral part of our clinical team. At Clear Recovery we value connection with our clients and an ideal candidate will have the innate ability to connect with clients to increase efficacy in meeting treatment goals, while also modeling healthy interpersonal boundaries.
Bachelor's Degree or 2 years applicable working experience required.
Candidates without Bachelor's Degree with significant applicable work experience will be considered
Must be able to pass a background check through DHS.
Must be able to pass drug screens
Pay is $13-$15 an hour DOE
