What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to conduct customized onsite training for clients. Working collaboratively with the implementation and professional development team you will also play an instrumental role in creating and maintaining instructional materials for the online academy as well as developing an instructional plan for delivering training that meets the needs of our clients and takes into account best practices in the education sector. As a member of the team, the Digital Learning Specialist will perform presentations at conferences and special events. This position will work and report directly to the Implementation Director. You will work very closely with the assigned school district onsite in New Braunfels, TX.

We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to conduct customized onsite training for clients. As a member of the team, the Digital Learning Specialist will perform presentations at conferences and special events. This position will work and report directly to the Implementation Director. You will work very closely with the assigned school district onsite in New Braunfels, TX.
You Will Have The Following Essential Responsibilities.
- Conduct prepare planning calls with clients
- Create customized training plans for clients
- Document training plans and follows up with clients
- Book travel arrangement
- Conduct onsite training
- Conduct presentations for conferences or special events
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to develop an online training plan
- Create documents for the Clear Touch Academy
- Review and give feedback on video content created by the team
- Attend weekly Zoom team meetings
- Function as district-specific Trainer
- Be onsite in the district as needed during the school year for the duration of the rollout rotating through campuses as necessary and as coordinated with the assigned school district.
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Education or other related fields
- 5 years of classroom experience
- 5 years of experience using digital tools, demonstrating student-centered blended learning instruction
- 3 years experience training teachers in Texas
- Excellent capacity to retain and apply new technical skills in an educational ecosystem.
- Ability to complete an intensive 5 day Clear Touch Trainer Certification onboarding workshop (at a location TBD–may require travel outside of Texas).
- Strong understanding of best practices in the field of education
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Background in technology integration in the classroom
- A high degree of creativity and problem solving
- Are fluent using Google Drive and OneDrive
- A basic understanding of HTML
- A clear driving record
- Are able to pass a clear and thorough background check
- Are within a daily commuting distance of New Braunfels, TX
- Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2
- Demonstrated knowledge of Google Workspace
- Video editing experience
- Able to conduct a Needs Assessment
- Content Creation skills
- Curriculum Design experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Experience with Google Suite, Zoho CRM, and OneDrive
- Experience with video editings such as Camtasia or iMovie
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience working in various operating systems including Windows, Android, and Mac
- Equipment Utilized: panel, computer, network, software, cell phone, tablet, webcam
- Physical Activities: standing for long periods, conducting full-day presentations
- Visual Acuity: heavy acuity is required in this position.
- Physical Demands: driving, moving panels, standing
- Up to 50% travel to meetings and activities throughout the region with the possibility of overnight stays periodic and scheduled in advance.
- There is no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions with the exception of weather-related travel conditions.
- On-site campus support, training, co-teaching, modeling, etc.

- Classroom walks and observations
