Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will report to the Chief Projects Officer and be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. The candidate filling this role will participate in the project estimating process with the sales and installation teams, and then oversee successful implementation once the project is secured. This position is hybrid remote, with most work performed from the candidate's home office with regular visits to our office in Berthoud, CO. Occasional out-of-state travel for training or project execution duties are required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules

- Review and/or create equipment and utility layout drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Identify resource requirements and coordinate the allocation of resources

- Oversee purchasing, ensuring that orders and deliveries agree with project requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Supervise and provide guidance to project team members
- Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the course of the project
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, including PMBOK principles

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective conflict management abilities
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation

- Proficiency with AutoCAD is highly desirable
- Ability to understand complex systems and processes
