ClearChoiceMD is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager for state-of-the-art urgent care facility in Lebanon, NH. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary: The Practice Manager is the first level of managerial support to the individual center. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the overall day-to-day operations of the center are handled professionally, directly and in accordance with company policy. The Practice Manager will be expected to responsibly execute all company directives in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, Practice Manager is expected to work at least one (1) clinical shift per week, in addition to supporting the day-to-day operations of the center. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities: Practice Manager - tasks include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the center while upholding, and ensuring the CareWell/ClearChoiceMD Standards of Excellence, Mission, and Core Values of the company.
• Ensuring, directing, and implementing the use of safety compliance, and policy and procedure manuals, while adhering to the centers policy and procedures.
• Scheduling of shifts for all staff members at the center in accordance with company ratio direction.
• Supervision of patient flow in order to maintain efficiency and accordance with the CareWell/ClearChoiceMD guidelines.
• Supervises quality of patient care and provides feedback and training as needed.
• Conducting center orientation and initial training of the centers day-to-day operation, in partnership with the clinical training team.
• Handles all internal staff administration issues and/or directs the staff member to the appropriate office (i.e.: HR, Marketing, Facilities, etc.).
• In partnership with Human Resources and Regional Manager conducts annual performance reviews for clinical staff.
• Ensure that the physical building is kept neat, clean, and professional. Reports all facility issues beyond normal cleaning to the facilities manager for review.
• Keeps accurate inventory for all medical, office, and prescription supplies. Order new supplies as needed.
• Collaborates with the marketing team and Marketing Director for local development.
• Able to meet and achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s: inventory management, patient satisfaction, staffing and on-hold reports).
• Participates in the selection of candidates for hire.
• Be in the center working at least (2) weekends per month.
• Be available for at least (4) weekends per year as the On Call Practice Manager.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, and EMR and Scheduling systems (Docutap and When to Work, preferred).

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, and prior experience in a clinical setting with some clinical knowledge and or experience (CMA, RT, AEMT)
Education & Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in health administration or related field, preferred.
- At least 3- 5 years leadership experience in a consumer driven services setting.
Supervisory Responsibility: The Practice Manager is the immediate supervisor of all clinical (non-provider) staff.
Work Environment: This job operates in a medical office setting and includes possible exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medical preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours. Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salary exempt position, with the expectation of working at minimum (40) hours per week.
Travel: Intermittent travel needed locally and occasionally for quarterly meetings at the corporate office.
