My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the sales operations across AU. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, the Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.With a proven track record in leadership, you will drive and orchestrate the sales strategy for internal & external sales teams.
You willPartner with all business unit heads to identify, document and optimise lead nurture processes from all channels;Lead the sales team in developing approaches and lead conversion;Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share;Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets;Forster strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to maximise efficiency and effectiveness;Analyse market and competitor trends to align on business direction across AU; andCross collaborate, with marketing, finance & commercial to coordinate key sales strategies.What you will haveHave minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading multi-functional sales teams in insurance, ideally both life & health.Exceptional communication and influencing skills.Ability to work independently but collaborate regularly with international leadership teams.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Previous experience managing sales teams, ideally from a similar industry.Master’s or similar Business Degree / Tertiary Education.How to Apply
