Job Description
As an Operations Specialist, you will gain exposure to the inner workings of a successful, establish company in the booming energy efficiency industry. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting goal attainment of C&I energy efficiency programs in Texas and assisting those teams through: document organization, data management, project management, forecasting, quality assurance, occasional research, and administrative tasks to execute on program implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30%: Manages program data and conducts analysis.
- 25%: Program scope reporting and goal setting, client and account management interaction.
- 20%: Team lead – train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality and drives process improvements.
- 15%: Produces regular reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content and professional presentation.
- 10%: Special projects
Job Type: Full-time
