Clearshark Services is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. We seek an energetic, passionate technical resource to work with the leadership team to effectively & efficiently support the organizations business.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

• Secret w/ willingness to upgrade to TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Project Management Professional (PMP)/Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
• Experience w/ Agile Consultant for an IT organization that comprises of Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering & Ops, Software Development, Security, & Close Support
• Experience successfully leading a multi-disciplinary project team of technical engineers, developers, & operational resources from project initiation to inclusion
• Skilled at risk identification & management
• Experience managing enterprise level projects that have had a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project teams us Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, & competing priorities
• Experience leading & managing infrastructure engineering projects
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in technical consulting
• Experience in the public sector
• Experience in cybersecurity
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge of IT components, missions, & strategies
• Hands-on technical experience, organizational, & interpersonal skills working as part of a team
• Experience with the following technologies will be considered a plus: Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, F5, Nutanix, Rubrik, Amazon Web Services, Windows PowerShell and Server, Java Script, Python, and VMWare.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• PMP certification
