What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Administrative Assistant position at ClearSource?
Scope of Work:
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will support Human Resources in USA at a global company. This is to be done in accordance with the company mission, vision, and core values.
Core Resposibilities
• Supports Human Resources with digital and paper file maintenance.
• Supports with assets tracking asset shipping and retrieval, mail, copying, scanning, faxing.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring completion of required forms and documents and facilitating orientation sessions
• Handle the E-Verify process for new hires, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements
• Create and maintain employee files, ensuring that all documents, forms, and records are accurately filed and up to date
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
• Live and teach the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• General HR knowledge a must
• One to two years of administrative assistant experience preferred
• Basic Excel knowledge a must
• Prior experience with an HRIS system or payroll support is a plus
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite is a must
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Reliable transportation a must as this position involves being able to drive to shipping and mailing locations sometimes on a daily basis.Benefits
