Summary: Responsible for serving as a direct point of contact for customers to provide requested information,
training or resolution for reported issues by performing the following duties.
Set-up accounts with clients
- Provide requested information and training to new and existing clients
- Set -up accounts with Clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and co-workers as well. Provide ongoing customer
support on a daily basis. - Conduct in-house verifications and references
- Handle supplier dispatches including setting up new vendors
- Conduct in-house searches related to background screening
- Review results related to background screening services
- Requires industry knowledge in reporting laws and order compliance
- Any and all other duties relating to ClearStar Logistics screening process, client service and other
duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
Skills:
- Experience working in case management system
- Efficient in Microsoft Office System
- Knowledge of Screening Industry, FCRA, and/or other compliance regulations preferred
- Understanding of criminal terms and definitions
- Prior customer service experience is essential
- Work Skills: A high-energy individual who is able to simultaneously manage multiple issues.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to take on detailed activities and complete them with accuracy and
consistency - Must be able to thoroughly understand our product and service offerings to assist customers with
inquiries and requests for information - Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to other team members including customer and
ClearStar representatives - Ability to achieve success independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to assist customers and team members with a
satisfactory resolution when issues arise - Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive applicant information
- Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines and commitments
Education/Experience:
Associates degree or higher preferred. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
