Summary:
As a Solution Director in the Record to Report practice, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong Record to Report implementation consulting experience. You will help Accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution. You will work with leadership to develop new capabilities, and support project teams in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for your clients. This role is fundamental in delivering world-class results for our portfolio of Fortune 500 and Fortune 1,000 clients.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- 8 years of BlackLine implementation experience (consulting experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering
- Experience with multiple full-lifecycle BlackLine implementations
- Technical knowledge and implementation experience across various BlackLine modules:
- Reconciliations
- Tasks
- Matching
- Variance
- Journals
- Intercompany Hub
- Ability to execute full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build / configuration, testing cycles, training, and deployment
- Deep technical knowledge of BlackLine functionality, development / configuration, bank connectivity, source system data integrations, and the like
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical solution designs
- Ability to design BlackLine solutions based on leading practice system design principles that meet business requirements
- Ability to lead BlackLine system implementation across full SDLC lifecycle with robust documentation, meeting deadlines and budgets
- Ability to lead conversations with Finance leaders and CFOs regarding their strategic agenda for record to report and provide meaningful insights
- Provide BlackLine subject matter expertise to client engagements, involving finance transformation, vendor selections, and implementations
- Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications
- Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day
