Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Primary role is to schedule consults and procedures for our students. You will also help verify their insurance coverage as part of the scheduling process. You must have basic computer and data entry skills, as part of your job will be to update our student database.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education

LPN

Training and Experience

Organizational skills, strong customer service skills as you coordinate appointments with various healthcare providers over the phone. Telephone communication skills, proficiency with office software and calendaring tools, and data entry. You need communication skills and experience with general office duties to excel in this job.

Must possess a current certificate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid.

Must be credentialed through Clearview Academy's Behavior Management Training Program.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Schedule all medical, dental, optical, consultations, and procedures;

2. Obtain prior authorizations for scheduled procedures;

3. Ensure there are no scheduling conflicts;

4. Update our patient and provider database;

5. Assist with general office duties as needed;

6. Ensure that Clearview Academy is adhering to Montana State Health and Welfare regulations regarding medical appointments;

7. Collaborate closely with Clearview Nursing Team;

8. Other administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
