- Working knowledge of network switches, routers, firewalls, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP).
- Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Sophos Antivirus applications.
- Good Communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules.
- Primary On-site support for Office 365 issues - Exchange, Teams, Share Point
- Manage user’s mobile devices through MDM solution (MS Intune/Endpoint)
- Maintain Active Directory
- Create security and distribution groups in Active Directory
- Assign aliases and file permissions in Active Directory
- Update, contribute, and maintain local SharePoint team sites as procedures/documentation change.
- Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users.
- Perform onboarding/offboarding of users
- Support mobile devices (Apple iOS) - Intune.
- Multifactor Authentication
- Troubleshoot issues, problem resolution and document solutions
- Support Cisco installation and maintenance as needed
- Service office printers as needed.
- Perform onsite duties as assigned
- Maintain, patch and service user workstation.
- Deploy laptops to new users.
- Communicate and remedy support issues with users
