POSITION SUMMARY
The Implementation Coordinator has full ownership for the successful, high touch implementations of our cloud-based performance management software customized to each client’s unique needs and abilities. The Coordinator will be charged with overseeing all aspects of the implementation process including but not limited to: account setup; creation and management of project timelines; facilitation of training sessions; working with third party vendors; managing data conversions; providing ongoing support. The Coordinator will be expected to lead simultaneous implementations for multiple clients at the same time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Competencies:
Minimum six months experience with Implementation preferred.
Ability to manage multiple account relationships and maintain a high level of organization
Exceptional interpersonal skills—especially oral and written communication
Excellent public speaking abilities and confidence required
Must be self-motivated and excel at problem solving solutions
Must be proficient in excel, csv file formats, word, and all other Microsoft office suites
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR DUTIES
Ensures that all accounts are optimizing their timelines for “live” status through proficient project management.
Conducts demonstrations of our software to various levels of company hierarchies, thoroughly explaining all features purchased based on the contract details.
Maintain understanding of the technical aspects of integration and articulate requirements to clients while working closely with other departments on continual progress.
Builds and maintains a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
Generates reports with concise communication to management regarding projects, pending issues, or other items as requested.
Completes and updates client relationship management (CRM) system upon each client interaction to specify all work done on that account.
Responsible for the implementations process through the entire project, managing the client, the integration, and the scheduling of pass down to the Onboarding Department.
Completes the BRD with the client maintaining a relationship to streamline the business process of the implementation.
Monitors the data validation upon integration completion to diagnose anomalies prior to initial client training. Enters trouble tickets for clients; manages from start to finish and effectively communicates with the client throughout the entirety of the process.
Works as a team with other Project Managers to identify best practices and creatively collaborate on new processes.
