Responsibilities
The Health Services Director serves as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, communityorganizations and other health related service agencies to provide quality care to our assistedliving residents. Additionally, this role is responsible for hiring, training and managing a staff thatis capable of providing superior care, while maintaining the physical and emotional health ofresidents, and in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines andregulations
Qualifications
▪ Minimum five to seven years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industry▪ Completion of required specialized Nursing coursework for certification or certification as anRN, LPN or LVN ▪ Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience to include training and supervisingstaff and developing and managing a budget▪ First Aid Certification▪ Background clearances as required by government regulations▪ Must meet health requirements, including TB
