Accounts Payable Team Lead – Verona Wisconsin
Salary: $26-$32/hour
The Job:
- Immediate Full Time Staff Accountant Opening due to internal promotion
- Be the primary/senior contact within the Accounts Payable department
- Process purchase orders, subcontractor invoices and other various invoices
- Issue payments (checks, EFTs, virtual credit cards) weekly
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve any discrepancies
- Process employee expense reports
- Reconcile and maintain corporate lodging invoicing and payment program
- Exciting fast paced work environment with an upcoming Acumatica ERP implementation

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field required
- Proficiency with Great Plains and Acumatica
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Office products
- System Implementation experience
- Construction industry and multi-location experience preferred
- Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance
- Strong analytical, organizational, financial and reporting skill
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced / demanding environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented, hard-working, motivated self-starter
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Credit and Background checks are required
