Construction Foreman-L (JL5624-8281)
Job Posting for Construction Foreman-L (JL5624-8281) at Cleary Building Corp.
Construction Foreman:
Compensation is $25-35/hour based on experience.
The Job:
- Lead a crew of 3 to 4 field employees
- Construct pre-engineered post frame structures
- Operate hand and power tools, operate equipment
- Read and interpret building plans, manage job site, stage materials
- Construct structural wood frame, install steel roof and wall panels
- Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground
- Stable income and reliable year-round construction work
- Work outside in a variety of elements, not in a factory or office
- Assigned one-ton truck, trailer, and skid steer - full set up to run a crew
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior building trades experience required (carpentry is preferred)
- On the Job Training is available
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Must possess valid driver’s license
