Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Summary:
Billing Administrator will maintain daily office duties and coordinate other functions within the office as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Issue invoices to customers for multiple locations
- Process credit memos for multiple locations
- Communicate with the AR Dept to update Customer Master Files
- Assist in collections of past due customer accounts
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
- Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
- Maintain digital and paper job records
- Submit digital job packages to accounting software
- Report invoicing data to admin manager
- Key man hours to weekly tracking spreadsheet and accounting software
- Assist in audit of projects as needed for multiple locations
- Communicate and collaborate with a billing team for three locations
Physical Skill and Effort:
Work requires regular speed and accuracy operating office equipment. Work requires a considerable variety of fairly steady active physical exertion.
Working Conditions and Hazards:
Typical office conditions. From time to time, some plant, shop, or field exposure will occur and may offer slightly disagreeable features. Negligible/little or no exposure.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as an administrator, or role with similar responsibilities.
- Should be able to demonstrate mastery of MS Word and Excel, email, and have the ability to learn computer-based tools.
- SAP or similar experience preferred.
- IFS experience is a plus.
