IT Integrations Analyst

Cleco Support Group LLC seeks an IT Integrations Analyst to design and develop interfaces to exchange data with various data sources. Analyze and design new interface solutions and ensure alignment with standard techniques and best practices. Document specifications and maintain diagrams of the interface solutions. Troubleshoot and provide technical support to application support teams. Identify improvements to integration activities and procedures. Position requires: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 1 year of design, development, testing, and implementation of data interfaces. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with deploying interfaces between applications to establish information exchange through various methods including files, APIs, and SAP IDocs; 1 year of experience with monitoring integration performance and integrity, and identifying and troubleshooting system integration issues; 1 year of experience with designing and delivering interface solutions per technical specifications and business requirements; 1 year of experience documenting interface processes, programs, and solutions through technical specifications and interface diagrams; 1 year of experience with data warehousing 1 year of experience with CSS, ETL tools, HTML, Informatica, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP, PL/SQL, Shell script, Spring MVC, SQL, and XML.
