Job Duty Requirements: 

• Accounting degree with 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience OR 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
• Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
• 2 years of Quickbooks Desktop experience preferred 
• Experience of general Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, credit card accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts.
  • Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Experience in automotive repair and/or auto body and collision repair is a plus!
• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
• Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
• Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Performs month-end and year-end closing activities
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay / Hours:  We are considering qualified candidates for FT work.  Your work hours will be between 8:00 am and 5 pm M-F.  We assume a 40 hour work week. 
Pay will Depend On Overall Experience:  $45k-$65k /salary
