We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our Boutique Hotel/Airbnbs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment, focusing on managing housekeeping, guest requests, and reservations. This is a dynamic position that requires a combination of leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation:
$19.00 - $22.00/Hr

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Enforce policies related to reservations for all guests
Manage task duties for housekeepers, and guest check-in, and check-outs
Other tasks and projects as assigned that support the Property Manager
Requirements:
Weekends/ Holidays will be required days for work
Answer guests phone calls/ messages and provide them assistantce based on their needs
Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential information and highly sensitive issues
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
Proven record of excellent internal staff collaboration and external customer service
Excellent attendance and punctuality
The qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service-oriented
Superior organizational skills; sets priorities; meets deadlines; and carefully proofs own work
Ability to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment
Upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work, and works well within a team
Will be required to assist with messages and respond to guest needs after hours if deemed urgent/ needing a response
Assist with housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to washing and folding laundry, touching up common areas, and cleaning rooms
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met throughout the establishment.
Be willing to actively engage in hands-on tasks to support the overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
*Note: The Assistant Manager may be required to participate in housekeeping duties as part of the team. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential to ensure the seamless functioning of daily operations.
