Clerk works with patient data, so an understanding of HIPAA is a big bonus.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide world class customer service to all clients, handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails, maintain account tasks and keep DETAILED records, and work with the Leadership team to share insights for efficiency, productivity and improving our customer experience.

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Answer client questions via Phone, Email and Chat.
  • Create Support Tickets when there is something that cannot be solved within the scope of your expertise.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
