Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide world class customer service to all clients, handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails, maintain account tasks and keep DETAILED records, and work with the Leadership team to share insights for efficiency, productivity and improving our customer experience.
