While this position is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office, we may consider remote employment based on a number of factors including candidate location.
The Proposals Associate assists the proposal team in preparing each proposal from conception through submission by determining the proposal layout, gathering, analyzing and formatting information, writing drafts, coordinating meetings, and seeking the appropriate approval for content. The Proposals Associate needs to become familiar with all the requirements of the customer’s RFP/RFI, and ensure that all requirements are being addressed by the proposal team. The Proposals Associate will support the proposal activity by working with the assigned Proposal Writer and the Proposal Specialist to complete all necessary tasks for each proposal. The Proposals Associate will coordinate and support the proposal review process with the sales, project management and systems engineering organizations. Ultimately, the Proposals Associate will understand and review the entire proposal package, and assist with preparation, printing, and assembly.
