Job Summary :
This role primarilyentails file review responsibilities within the UK division of arapidly expanding international wealth management company.
As amember of a small compliance team youll focus on ensuring excellentclient outcomes through meticulous accurate advice reviews.
Youwill serve as a crucial partner to the company identifying andtaking ownership of individual and systemic advice risks as theyarise.
The role offers significant potential for growth withopportunities to explore various compliance areas based onindividual interests and business requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Conductcomprehensive file reviews for retail investment and pension adviceprioritizing Defined Benefit Transfer advice files.
Provide clear consistent and constructive feedback toadvisers / paraplanners.
Monitor rework and signoff on cases upon completion.
Drive excellentclient outcomes through precise highquality advicereviews.
Manage diary effectively andprioritize reviews particularly focusing on Presalecases.
Identify common errors and participatein root cause analysis.
Contribute to theongoing enhancement of the file review framework.
Potential for involvement in Training & Competence(T&C) activities including coaching and assisting the UKCompliance Officer with annual competence assessments.
Qualifications and Skills :
Essentialqualification : Level 4 Diploma.
Preferred : AF7or equivalent pension transfer qualification. Candidates workingtowards this qualification will also be considered.
Background in IFA or network advantageous.
Essential experience in reviewingDefined Benefit Pension Transfer files.
