What will you be doing? 

• Aligning with Clickstop’s Core Values to drive our culture and business forward. 
• Leading the strategy, design, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all technology platforms and applications. 
• Formulating technology plans, estimating costs, and ensuring solutions meet strategic needs.  
• Being accountable for the implementation and delivery of business applications to deliver robust, secure, scalable and supportable technology solutions.  
• Improving operational processes and supporting critical business strategies through development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications.  
• Leading the delivery of high-quality technology business application support services, providing optimal levels of support for Clickstop’s key operational requirements.  
• Taking ownership of and managing third-party contracts and application financials. 
• Leading a diverse team of professionals including project managers, developers, and hardware/network strategists.  
• Maintaining an open and productive dialog with vendors, your team, your peers, and leadership.  
• Utilizing your deep knowledge of business applications technology.

This role has limited on-site work requirements and can be remote, onsite, or hybrid. 

The ideal candidate will be located in Iowa or Minnesota.
