Customer Service(bilingual French/English)
We are doing business in Florida since 1997, with French Canadian and American selling Internet distribution system, VoIP Phone residental, business and cable TV service in building and iPTV streaming. We are also selling residential Internet, we are the only French speaking Comcast Xfinity authorized Dealer in USA and Comcast Business Class Connector. We require a French/English speaking.
The Position Requirements:
Must have experience answering telephone calls.
Computer Knowledge and Skills in Office (excel/word).
Customer Service Experience (Good Telephone Manner in the office)
knowledge experience in technology Internet.
Quick Books, Microsoft office.
Must have appropriate documentation to work in the USA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

The persons to fill our Customer Service all staff are fully vaccinated and customers come at the office only on appointment, most of the time all business is done by phone.
