In this crucial role, you will partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Leaders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and ensure the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Assist in the design and implementation of sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans.
- Participate in the development and rollout of sales tools and system enhancements to boost seller productivity.
- Manage cross-functional projects that impact the sales organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, sales strategy, RevOps, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or Gsheets. SQL and Tableau skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary Range: $95,000 to $112,500
